AUTOMATIC RENEWAL · SUBSCRIPTION MECHANICS
All paid memberships, including individual Core plans and the unified Apex tiers, renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless paused or canceled first. Purchases in the iOS and Android app follow Apple App Store and Google Play rules. Once web checkout opens, web purchases will be managed in a self-service web billing portal. You can delete your account at any time, but deleting the account does not stop recurring billing. To end a subscription, cancel it directly in the gateway that processes your transaction.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the storefront or payment channel you use (Apple App Store, Google Play, or authorized web checkout). Refunds follow platform rules only; we do not guarantee refunds outside those channels. Subscription license terms: EULA summary.
