Account & Data Deletion
Apple App Store guidelines require a web link explaining how users may delete their accounts after uninstalling the app. Aureon FitApp Inc. operates Aureon Performance and publishes these instructions for that purpose.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Aureon app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Terminate Data.
- Confirm termination when prompted.
Web / email fallback (no app installed)
To request immediate manual deletion of all biometric and account data associated with your Aureon profile, email support@aureonperformance.com from the email address registered to your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and your display name if different from your email.
What happens when data is deleted
Data deletion is permanent. All physiological protocols, historical data, and AI-generated profiles will be wiped from our secure Supabase clusters immediately. Active subscriptions billed through Apple must be canceled separately in your iOS settings.
Identity verification & timing
We may take reasonable steps to verify that a deletion request comes from the account owner or an authorized representative. Manual requests sent by email are typically processed within 30 days of verification, subject to legal or regulatory retention obligations where applicable.
